The rights to the La Nostra Famiglia franchise system for Slovakia, Czechia, Croatia and Romania are held by the Provider, which operates the network in these markets.
These Terms apply to purchases from pizza vending machines operated by the Provider, to the services available on the website (contact, franchise enquiries) and to the use of the partner portal. By using the services, the user accepts these Terms.
The machines sell hand-made, blast-frozen pizza that is baked at the moment of the order. The pizza is handed over on the spot, immediately, for takeaway. The current range and prices are shown on the display of the respective machine; prices are stated in the currency of the respective country and include VAT.
Payment at the machine is possible by bank card or contactless payment (including mobile wallets). The machine provides a confirmation or receipt of successful payment in the way available on site.
The products may contain allergens (gluten, milk and others). Allergen and ingredient information is available at the machine or from the Provider on request. Information on the consumption and storage of the product is given on the packaging.
Due to the nature of freshly prepared, perishable food, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to the product in accordance with the law. In the event of defective performance (e.g. machine malfunction, failed dispensing, payment taken but not fulfilled), the customer should call the central customer service number shown on the machine’s display; the Provider investigates the complaint and provides a refund if the claim is justified. Partner cooperation (location rental, machine purchase or lease, franchise) is established on the basis of an individual written contract; the calculations and conditions shown on the website are for information only and do not constitute an offer. The use of the partner portal is governed by the terms accepted at login and by these Terms.
The Provider makes every effort to ensure continuous operation but accepts no liability for unforeseeable, temporary downtime of the machines. The payback and revenue calculations on the website are illustrative estimates and do not constitute a guarantee.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, provided that consumers retain the protection afforded to them by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Member State of their habitual residence. The consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the court competent for their place of residence. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally; the version in force is always available on this page.
